Our Policy
Printed posters: Made-to-order for you, so we don’t accept returns unless the error is ours (or if damage occurs in transit).
Digital downloads: Non-refundable, as they’re instantly accessible.
Damaged in Transit?
If your print arrives less than perfect, email us at hello@noanahiko.com within 30 days with:
Your order number
Photos of the damage (and packaging, if possible)
No need to return the item—once we verify, we’ll ship a replacement. Feel free to repurpose the damaged print as you wish.
